COMPANY HISTORY
Central Rockies Mortgage Corp. was formed in May, 1992 by mortgage industry veterans whose background included direct lending experience, secondary marketing for the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, and mortgage securitization experience with such Wall Street firms as Drexel, Burnham, Lambert and Kidder, Peabody.
The primary goal was to build a business that combines our experience and outstanding industry knowledge with concern for the utmost level of service. That remains our goal today.
Central Rockies is headquartered in Avon, Colorado and focuses primarily on the mountain resort communities which we call home. We have grown into a team of experienced local mortgage professionals led by President Sarah Jardis, and including Rob Grems and David Lau.
We forged our niche largely by a structure that is unique in the residential mortgage market: Each of our mortgage professionals personally handles their clients’ transactions from start to finish, including client contact, program placement, rate locks, processing and closing. This not only means a simple and professional line of communication for the client, but also knowledgeable and experienced handling at all times. And because of our familiarity with the mountain resort areas, we understand mountain properties better than most mortgage lenders and are uniquely qualified to understand and satisfy the needs of mountain borrowers.
Despite our small company feel, and personal level of service, the volume of loans we originate grants us access to the very best programs and lowest rates available from the widest array of wholesalers in the industry.
